Serviced Apartment Ajoupa Baie des Anges - Nice

I stayed at the Ajoupa apartments with my 2 adult daughters for 3 nights in October. We couldn't fault the service, accommodation,or location. The room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, a toaster in the kitchen would have been good but that's our only criticism. The location was excellent and although situated on a busy street, when the windows were closed you could hardly hear a thing, you could hear voices from the next room at times tho'. The staff were very helpful, we were even able to leave our luggage in the office until we left for the airport after 3pm. Rue Massena is great in the evening, lots of restaurants to choose from and a lively atmosphere. Nice is easy to get around and Ajoupa is only 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be going back to Ajoupa & would recommend it .

THOUGHT THESE WERE SERVICED APTS? NOT SELF CATERED. ROOM NOT CLEANED WHILST THERE. BINS NOT EMPTIED AND NO TOILET ROLLS. RECEPTION ONLY AVAILABLE AT CERTAIN HOURS. GOOD LOCATION. VERY SPACIOUS. WOULD IN FUTURE PICK A BASIC HOTEL ROOM AROUND SAME PRICE.

This is a great place to saty, right in the midst of everything- close walking distance to shops, cafes, beach. Not the warmest of welcomes when we arrived and then lead to another building for our room, which was a little odd but the location was great. Also a bit strange that they left us instructions to clean the whole property, thoguht that's what a cleaner did?? but we spent some time giving it a once over to be on the safe side

A little unclear how to gain access upon arrival; was not aware you had to push a button for the entrance, which was shared with other businesses. Once inside, however,was given a warm welcome by Abel at the reception desk who gave us useful information on how to make the most of our stay in Nice. The rooms are soundprooofed which is effective in limiting exterior noise, but unfortunately the nature of the wide open central staircase and corridors means the sound of people entering and leaving their rooms is amplified. On the whole, however, was pleased with the cleanliness and amenities within our room and particularly the location, which wold be hard to beat; you are within 5-10 minutes walk of most of what Nice has to offer. Had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The rooms were very spacious and clean and met all our requirments. The location was fantastic as it was right in the middle of the promenade and very close to the bus terminal to take other excursions. Our room faced the square so it was a little bit noisy but you felt like you were part of all the festivities and fun. Would definitly come back and recommend it to others.

apartment was adequate. we had room with balcony (no. 302) which was fine. location perfect as tram, railway station, old town, shopping and restaurants were very close. would stay there again.
