2 rooms. Grand studio and standard studio to cater for family of 5. 2 females and 3 males. Spent 2 nights in Nantes. Ideal location on tram line from city centre

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. Reception opening hours: from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. & from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. & from 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. on Fridays; from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Saturdays; closed on Sundays.
Check-out:: the studios must be vacated prior to 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For less than 7 nights stay (rooms without kitchenette): 1 night will be charged as a garantee. - penalty of one night il you cancelled from 2 days before your arrival, no show and for any late cancellation. It is possible to cancel the reservation without penality from 2 days before your arrival: you have got to go on the page "Vos reservations". It is impossible to cancel the reservation if you have chosen a "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" room.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
