Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday; from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. on Fridays; from 9 a.m. to 12.30 on Saturdays. Contact the reception in case of arrival outside these hours, you will be provided with the access code.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartments not later than 10 a.m.
