The hotel is right on the beach where in a quiet section it has its own lounge chairs and umbrellas its guests can use for free. But that's not why we'll remember it as the best hotel we stayed in Greece among 4, including a 4-star and a 5-star hotel. The thing we'll remember is the treatment we got. The two couples that own and run the place are very nice and passionate. They manage the hotel with excellent customer service, attention to details, and a lot of personal touch. During our 4 days there, we felt that we are treated like friends rather than customers. At the last day, I realized that I left my glasses in the hotel only when we were at the pier. I call them and without me asking, the owner drove all the way over dragging his young son along (no one was back there watching him at the hotel) just to get the glasses back to me.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the accommodations are available at anytime after 1 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Use of the nearby private beach (provided with sunbeds and umbrellas by the hotel) is free of charge.
Shuttle service to/from the airport is not included in the price and costs €4,00 per person.
Hotel bus to the nearby towns is not included; price upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days 50% of the total amount will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
