If you come by train from Milan's airport you must transfer to another train. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice size compared to some we stayed in

My husband and I were most impressed with everything, particularly the helpfulness of staff, quietness, cleanliness, space and decor of the apartment. We thoroughly recommend the Residenza delle Citta to anyone wishing to stay near the Central Rail Station. It was excellent value for money and we could not fault it. The airconditioning was welcome too and made our stay very comfortable as it was very hot during our 3 days stay in Milan.

we spent 4 nights in milano, we came to see U2 playing in san siro. we were very very pleased with our apartment und I would like to mention positively the friendly owners and the cleanliness!!! thank you!

We were on our honeymoon last month to Paris, Venice, Rome, Milan & Rome. We booked various hotels & informed them that we were on honeymoon. However none of them "identified/acknowledged" us as honeymoon couple except Residenza. They had displayed ultimate professionalism, excellent & sincere services. Their staff were polite & helpful, always full of smiles, very obliging in helping us with our queries. The room was spacious, clean & nicely renovated. We indeed experienced the most welcome stay at Residenza. I will definitely stay there again if I am going back to Milan!! Thumbs Up!

first stay in Residenzia delle Citta, very good impression, very friendly and helpfull staff, speak fluent English, can recommend it to everyone! trams, etc. to the city center very nearby, (<300m)

All was as promised. I would stay there again. Convenient location, enormous rooms, clean and well furnished, value for money.

This place was wonderful, although not close to the center. It is a few blocks to the metro, which is helpful. The great attributes about this place are the spaciousness of the mini-apartments; complete with fridge, cooking facilities, living room and a gym! The front gate was rather tricky, but we finally figured it out. Would come back again - although preferred central area for touring.

I have been in Milan many times staying at different hotels generally near Central Station . Residenza delle Città is the best. Remember that Reception is closed in some hours of the day and night.

Wonderful room, definitely better deal than most hotels I have stayed in Italy. Easy access to historical center by metro, but a bit far to make it a regular walk. Hotel staff speak good English. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was excellent, it was very clean. The beds and the linen were better than we have had in 4 star hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good english. We stayed in Milan for birthday\anniversary celebrations. We were particularly impressed with the Dumo which was very easy to reach from the apartment. The apartment was 3 turnings away from the bus and train station making it an ideal location. We would recommend staying there to anybody who does not want a hotel stay.

Great place ! If you do not need all the attention of a hotel and like to be left alone then you will like this place. It's like a friend offering you a great apartment to use. Super spacious, best bathroom yet(many times)It was nice having a little kitchen, cooked once. Was a little difficult to find a market.Quiet. Close to railway once you know which direction to go. Staff is very nice and helpful. Awesome gym. Definitely will stay again and would highly reccomend.

This is a fabulous apartment accomodation. The staff were great and nice and very helpful. Not very near to anything (restraunts or cafes)but the public transit is close enough. Near the train station is quite 'homeless/nasty'. Choose your route carefully. The tourist office in the train station is 'hidden' down a retail hall.

Very pleasantly surprised. The weekend I went to Milan everything was booked or ridiculously expensive. But the room was really an apartment with a large sitting room and kitchen. Everything was very nicely furnished and really clean. It was huge especially for italy. And the location was very nice and central. Would be a great place for a family or if you were going to be in town for a while. Front office was very nice and they gave out free guide books of milan.
