I was very pleased with this hotel. My only complaint is the lack of high-speed internet access in the public areas (lobby) where only a dialup connection was available.

un hotel molto esclusivo e decisamente tranquillo, camere molto silenzione e spaziose con tanto di angolo cottura...senza considerare che al momento del pagamento ci hanno chiesto pure 15 euro in meno a notte...consigliato vivamente :)

Excellent accommodation, very helpful staff - watch out for the SOS triggers in your room though, we managed to set ours off twice!. Easy access to the metro. Would recommend as a good, spacious budget apartment.

Das Hotel kann man aufgrund des Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses sehr empfehlen. Im Preis war übrigends das Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Restaurant (außerhalb des Hotels) war rein optisch nicht so der Hit, aber die Küche war ok. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, mit Balkon und eingerichteter Küche. Verkehrsanbindung über U-Bahn optimal wenngleich man ein paar Schritte gehen muß. War selbst mit Kleinkind kein Problem. Personal sehr freundlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

The front desk was not helpful at all.We wanted to visit the last super and we needed reservation so the first night we kindly requested it and they gave us a date and we said fine resrve that date. when the day came we realized that they failed to confirm the reservation so we left Milan without seeing the masetrpiece.Also they mixed my first and last name up and i mentioned the erore to them but they did not corrected this and ended up not getting my calls .

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. During the period between April 21st and April 26th the cancellation free charge can be made by 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, one night stay will be charged. In case of cancellation from 7 days or in case of ­no-show­ 50% of the total amount will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
