Great place, but it's a pity that reception is closed that early (19:00) and that the location is so difficult to find. My navigator simply could not find the location based on the information provided. I had to ask people in the streets, and because I arrived at 22:00, that was not that easy.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Aloha Gardens

By car
From the Malaga airport, follow sign to Malaga and join the main road N340/E15 signposted Torremolinos/Cadiz. Take the N340 slip road for Cadiz, which is also signposted Benalmádena/Algeciras. Once on the motorway, overtake Torremolinos and Benalmádena. Just before arriving to Fuengirola, take the E15/A7 motorway, signposted Marbella/Algeciras. This is the new motorway E-15 (Autopista del Sol) opened in July 1999. This motorway will take you to the Marbella ring road, stay on this road following the signs to Puerto Banus, through the tunnel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: The reception is open until 7 p.m. from Monday until Friday, until 8 p.m. on Saturdays and until 6 p.m. on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: 10 a.m.


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the safe, access to the tennis court and electricity are included in the price. Secure underground parking will cost until end of March 2010 4 Euros/day

CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total nights is required by credit card upon receipt of your reservation (All cards accepted except American Express/Switch). The balance of 75% will be taken automatically from the same card on your day of arrival, unless you notify us otherwise. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25% of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
