The hotel is very difficult to find if you are coming by car. However, if you use the frequent (and free) shuttle to and from the airport, that won't be a problem. An excellent bargain!

Perfect in respect of price/quality. Very convenient for short stay (like for 1-2 days as transit passengers). Very friendly staff, good service. Shuttle bus could be called from airport more easy, but still acceptable.

Very nice hotel. It was a little difficult to find, but after that we had nothing but positives. Nice buffet dinner as well. If we return to Madrid, we will definately stay here.

Good location and rooms, very near to Barajas airport. The only problem is the shuttle to airport, we´re waiting 2 hours just for find the bus station, because don´t have indication in the airport and the staff don´t say where we can take the bus.

Overall nice and competitively priced. New hotel with mini suites. However, the hotel is not accessible from the nearest metro station (which does not have a taxi stand) and the address is not written on the web site. I had difficulty trying to find the hotel with the taxi driver due to a lack of address. Also the shuttle bus to the airport is often full so maybe they need a bigger bus. This hotel thrives off of midnight transit passengers so if their shuttle bus is not available when people want it, that can be a real inconvenience. When available the shuttle bus is a big plus.

The lay out of the suite was excellent. The sitting room allowed my daughter to work on her computer without disturbing me while I slept in the bedroom. We were awakened early as requested and made our 6:30 am flight easily. We were able to go into Madrid on public transportation as was explained by the person at the desk. However we forgot to ask for more clear cut information regarding the return to the hotel on public transportation and were told to get off the bus at the wrong stop by a passenger, but we were lucky to be able to get a cab to the hotel.
