Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told that for the three twin bed (two beds and one couch) we reserved, we would have to pay 90 euros instead of 60 euros as we had reserved. The room was very nice and the staff was helpful when we asked for pots/pans/dishes to use in the kitchen. I will also note that guests are supposed to receive 15 min of free internet but their "password was broken" so we were unable to use the net - we had to pay or not use it... we chose to just not use it.

Overall very good and reception staff very helpful. Only downside was that website details stated there was a shuttle bus to/from the airport - which there was but only during early morning/evening and no service during the day (which is when I arrived in Madrid) and the taxi's refuse to go from the airport to the hotel as "it is too close".

Parking is not included in the price and costs €13,00 (VAT included) per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy: one day before the arrival date not to charge into the credit card number given. In case of cancellation inside the 24 hours before the arrival date the hotel will charge you one night into the credit card . In case of no-show the hotel will charge one night into the credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
