We travelled with children aged 9 & 10 and this hotel was within our budget. We had a bedroom and separate living area with sofa bed which met our needs. Staff were helpful. A supermarket was across the road and close to the metro (4 stops from main centre of Lyon) which was very handy. However the kitchen was small & poorly equiped with no washing detergent, dishcloths or towels and few cooking pans and no kettle.

I chose this apartment (2 room) based on price so wasn't expecting much. We only used the apartment to sleep and quick meals. The room was very basic and although had room for 4 to sleep, there wasn't room for much else. There was a table to eat at but there was only 1 chair. Bathroom was big compared to by some I have had in Europe. The advantages of this apartment are its price and that there is a Metro station right at the door. We were left the car in the apartment parking and used the Metro to get around. The centre of Lyon is only 4 stops away. It is in a residential area so there are a few restaurants, a supermarket and a child's playground across the road.
