Very nice place to stay, excellent service. Too bad it is quite far from the city centre.

Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious compared to a typical hotel. Although we were scheduled to arrive at about 9.00pm after the reception had closed, we phoned to check the arrangements and our keys were left in a visible location, clearly labelled. Breakfast was disappointing so we opted to eat in a local bar or pasticceria instead which cost very little. It was a 20 min stroll to the walls of the old town, along a fairly busy road with no pavement on some stretches, but the motorists were generally fairly considerate. There is a cheap, local bus to the centre if you prefer, which stops right outside the Giada Palace. I would stay there again. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday; Lucca is absolutely beautiful, well-situated for exploring other places by train, and the food is outstanding.

Chambre assez spacieuse . Petit déjeuner médiocre. La résidence est dans un environnement moyen. Un peu cher hors saison mais valable en haute saison.

It's not often, that real situation looks better than on photos. In Giada Palace it does :) Appartement was very nice, spacious... Recomende it!

Der Aufenthalt am Pool war sehr schön. Als praktischer 1-Nacht Halt ok.

Good space in all rooms and very tidy with a great pool Location is not so good (except as a base for Lucca) as is in residential / commercial area. Problem in summer as no air conditioning or even fans available in the rooms. Given the price paid this is somewhat poor

The hotel is very new. It is clean and spacious. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have used this hotel before and whenever I go back to Lucca I will use it again. The hotel now has a lovely pool for the summer months.
