The manager, Pablo was very helpful nand friendly in welcoming and arranging our stay. The place was very quiet and in a beautiful little neighborhood by the beach. Away from the downtown, it was nice and peaceful. It was hard to find tough- they need to probably put a map on the website. Rooms were spacious and clean- modern and fuly equipped. However, the hot water was a little hard to come by. I believe each room had the water heater and I definitely took some warm-cold howers. They tidied our rooms daily, which I was surprised considering it was like a vacation home. Another thing was that it is a residential home- the hallways echo and you can hear pretty much everything. Luckily there weren't too many people staying there when we were there- but walls were paper thin and it was like living in an echo house. Pool was great- safe neighborhood, and definitely have to drive anywhere downtown. Overall perfect value. It's na expensive area in the summer so we got our money's worth.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
