I was frustrated that the SMS/text I received with booking number and confirming my reservation was insufficient to check-in. I needed a print-out to be checked in, SMS message was worthless. Once checked in all was well, great facilities, except the pool which opened at 11am and closed at 8pm, could be better, it is a holiday destination!!!!! Chris

In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartments not later than midday.

For reservations received within 24hours of arrival or for no shows at the hotel a total charge of 1 night will be made.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
