Apartment offers great view of La Spezia. Location on hill provided privacy & nice breeze for sleeping. House numbers were confusing...keep driving & you will see owner's signs. Apartment is few minutes drive down the hill to supermarket, restaurants & train station. We parked downtown & took train to Cinqueterre...great scenery...we hiked along trails to all 5 towns...approx. 9 km & 4 hours total walking time plus a stop for a swim. It was a definite highlight of our visit.

We stayed at this property in the beginning of June. We were greeted by an unfriendly woman who spoke NO English and never even smiled. We noticed they removed some dehumidifiers from the bedrooms when we arrived. Our villa was mostly underground and the mold was unbelievable and made us all sick. The mosquitos swarmed us the first night until we became more careful about opening the door at dusk. The hot water was not turned on, nor was the refrigerator, so we had to figure both out since the owners were no where to be found after the initial check-in. We had to leave a note and our keys on their desk when we checked out, as did another family, even though it was within their posted office hours. I do not recommend this place. Mold is a huge health hazard and I feel we were taken advantage of. My kids are still sick with brochial problems. It's a shame since it's a beatiful property with a lot of potential if they would only correct the problems and show a little hospitality.

This was our first stay and we didnt receive a warm greeting but it improved the 2nd day. We Thought that the parents would have a separate room from the kids but that wasn't the way it worked out...The view was great and they had a kingsize bed....we couldn't use the pool as it was closed in winter. Good play area for kids.

a great view but not very close to the town center made it a little difficult to get there, a rare bus made a trip up the mountain, the other option is a taxi if you dont have your own vehicle... Very friendly people helped with whatever they could, would stay there again

Italian atmosphere, but with a thorough organisation. Appartments are located on a steep hill, thus offering a magnificent view over the bay of poets. Downside of this that it's quite a climb from dowtown La Spezia. Excellent property on the whole. The owner provides for a lot of privacy, but is very accessible to make your stay a pleasant one.

Very clean and well situated high overlooking LaSpezia. Quite a harrowing ride on hairpin turns to reach the property! Owner very gracious and friendly. A very pleasant experience.

Charged us twice what we were quoted on this webpage. Also photos did not match the state of the resort. Pool was empty, paving was incomplete and garden very messy.

La struttura era molto bella. L'unica cosa di cui non sono soddisfatta è che al momento di pagare ci è stato richiesto di pagare 20 euro per la pulizia locali che non era indicato al momento della prenotazione.
