Excellent value for money studio appartment. As it is part of the university I should imagine it would be very different during term time but was very quite in the area when we were there in August. Situated about a 15 minute walk from La Rochelle, but has shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is very bicyle friendly all around this area and bikes can be hired at reasonable prices in La Rochelle. Staff were very helpful and we loved the La Rochelle area.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Les Minimes

By car
Coming from all directions, follow the signs to La Rochelle, Porte de Plaisance les Minimes. You will find the property in Rue Enrico Fermi, at number 27-29.

By public transportation
Bus lines 10, 17 and 19 stop at Le Lac, which is close to the property.

By train
From La Rochelle railway station, take the a bus, which stops close to the property. Otherwise, it is a 15-minute walk.

By airplane
From La Rochelle - Ile de Ré airport, there is a shuttle to Place de Verdun (city centre). Then, follow the aforementioned indications.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. Check-out: it is necessary to give the keys back not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
