Serviced Apartment Progresso - Jesolo

We stayed here 3 nights in October - be aware my quietness mark valid for this period. We looked for a reasonably priced accommodation, and we got quite a value for little money. Simple apartment but it does for a short stay, and serves as a good base for a Venice sightseeing. A little dining room with kitchenette that we didn't really use much but was nicely equipped, one big room sleeping 4 in two double beds and a terrace. The sea is really close, just walk down a few houses, in a close without traffic. (The sea-heater was unfortunately turned off - what a shame in Oct.) Room service was provided daily that is not customary for self catered apartments. Don't take the breakfast (included in the price) seriously, but the coffe or tea with a piece of toast/cake provided comes nice at wakeup - if your wife/husband is ready to bring it to bed. Language was not a problem - though I speak some Italian for emergency, it was not needed. At arrival we were simply given the key. At departure the staff was much nicer, we even chat a little – again the effect of October! Towels, blankets and sheets were provided but without cover for the blankets – good I took with me. Heating worked, at no extra cost. For a longer stay I would certainly look for a bit more spacious apt. for 4. But for this occasion it was simply nice. An important – maybe – info for would be guests: the residence is in the "5 accesso al mare", (6 accesso for the backyard) that opens (look for an opening in the wall rather than street) from the street Dante Alighieri, just before the Y shaped crossing displayed on the map. Easy to find, ask the locals in Italian, in Oct. you may bump into some in the streets. Have a nice stay Laszlo

Very good service, good beachservice, nice with free rents of bicykles. Some of the staffs could not english at all, need some praktice.... Progressoappartment were very simple, not so good as we were expected. NIce with Marina hotels service. That saved our holiday.

The place was really hard to find!! Staff couldn´t speak/understand much english and some of them were not so eager to help. The beach is just a few meters from the residence, but good markets are about 2 km away. There are small shops nearby, but the prices are very high in them. Parking near the Progresso Residence was difficult and the reception and parking places are 300-400 meters away

Son apartamentos de una habitacion, baño y un salon/cocina/habitacion. Nuestro apartamento disponia de una terraza con mesa y sillas. Los apartamentos dependen de un hotel (El Marina) que esta a unas 3 calles y hay que hacer alli el check in/out y pedir cualquier cosa que se necesite. Ademas permiten utilizar su playa privada, piscina y demas instalaciones. En los apartamentos ofrecen servicio de limpieza y dejan diferentes productos todos los dias para hacerse uno mismo el desayuno (tostadas, croisant, mermeladas, sobres de cafe y capuccino, azucar y tes). Jesolo nos gusto bastante, es un sitio bonito. Vecenia se encuentra a casi 1 hora de distancia a pesar de ser solo 50km. Espero que os sirva. Un saludo.

Was there first time for my vacations. Good impression, close to Venice. A lot of pubs and shops around.

It was a very beautiful appartment, with all you can need. The service from the hotel was excellent.

We stayed for three nights.Yes, it was the first time we stayed here. The service was more than satisfactory other than a slight mishap on the way. It was quite a hassle finding the place. But all in all, the service was good and the staff helpful, worthy of the price paid.We appreciate their helpfulness and have no qualms visiting the place again. Thank you.
