How to reach Oberhouse Apartments
By car
Take the B75, and turn right into An der Alster. The street changes names to Kennedybrücke. Drive straight onto Alsterglacis and then right into Mittelweg. You will find Oberstraße on the left hand side.
By airplane
From Hamburg airport take the airport's shuttle to Ohlsdorf, and then proceed by underground line U1 towards Ohlstedt or Grossdorf. Exit at Klosterallee, and follow the Rothenbaumchaussee. After 300 metres, turn left into Oberstraße.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Our office's opening times are: Monday - Thursday 08.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. and Friday 08.00 a.m.-04.00 p.m. We ask guests arriving on the weekend to contact our office beforehand in order to get the keys from our concierge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

date we will charge the client for 80% of the total amount.
