Purtroppo deve essere segnalato un disguido accaduto. Arrivati in albergo (primo giorno in spagna dopo aereo e macchina) non risultava la prenotazione e tutte le camere erano ocuupate!!Fortunatamente avevamo con noi il foglio della prenotazione e ci hanno spostati in un altro loro albergo più bello ed accogliente. La collocazione è ottima per girare in centro città senza mezzi. Unica pecca: nessuna colazione prevista.

This hotel is just one block off the Gran Via and is about a 7 minute walk away from the cathedral. The location is good, but the surrounding several blocks are very scary. The streets are covered in graffiti and are not open to car traffic. Our taxi had to drop us off several blocks away and we had to search for the hotel with our bags (it is the corner building on a narrow street). I was uneasy walking in the several surrounding blocks at night. We paid 60euro a night for a 2 bedroom apartment. This is a 2 star hotel, so the quality is not great, but it is a good value for such a cheap price. My only complaints that would stop me from returning here are: the washing machine in the kitchen did not work (we were not told this and so our clothes got stuck in it soaking wet and not clean!!), the ceiling over the shower had huge holes that exposed the air-con (the aircon actually dripped into the shower...disgusting!!!), and our room was not cleaned one day! We complained about the aircon and shower, yet nothing was done. That room was not fit to be rented out, and I was very unhappy that we were not moved after we complained about these things. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen/living room was decent. There were no appliances or utensils in the kitchen (and there was not a large supermarket nearby). The staff was friendly, gave good directions and advice, and were very accomodating when one member of my group had food poisoning on our last day. They allowed him to stay in a special guest bedroom all day after we had already checked out. Very nice of them! This hotel is a great bargain and in a fair location, but it is cheap and our room was falling apart. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE YOU AGREE TO STAY THERE!!!!!

El hotel en general está bien, las habitaciones son como apartamentos aunque aún no está habilitada la zona de la cocina, pero está muy bien en general. Sin embargo la calle y sus alrededores son muy desagradables, hay edificios abandonados y otros en construcción las calles están llenas de grafitis.

Our appartment was very spacious. The only slight niggle was that there was no drawer space and the wardrobes did not have enough hangers, so we had to leave clothes in our suitcases. We did have a fridge, which was great, but no tea / coffee making facilities. But for a two star hotel, the quality overall was excellent.

A very nice, modern locale in the heart of Granada, but down a narrow side street away from the hustle and bustle. They have a washing machine and kitchen in the room which was not ready for use, but it will be very nice when they have completed it.

An aparthotel with no facilities, kitchen with no equipment, poor entrance due to building work, hard to find, poor plumbing and unsafe electrics.

We were expecting a simple room but a beautiful/clean suite was offered. Los Girasoles is actually located in the central area, the unique problem is that it'd take a little bit time to find the small lane out. But overall, you will not regret to stay there, it's worthy our 2nd visit. :)
