Serviced Apartment Policies

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the lodgings are available at any time after 5 p.m. However, guests are kindly asked to communicate their estimated time of arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Rent includes utilities, final cleaning, and a bed linen and towel change every 7 days of stay (guests have to do their change on their own - towels and linen to be picked up at the reception).
Cribs are provided free of charge; available on request and subject to availability (no linens or pillows provided).
On-site parking is subject to an extra charge of €100,00 per week for standard-size vehicles and €50,00 per week for motorbikes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival 20% Penalty. Between 14 and 09 days prior to arrival 30% Penalty. Between 08 and 04 days prior to arrival 50% Penalty. 03 days prior to arrival 75% Penalty. No refunds will be given after this term or in case of anticipated departure.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
