We booked because with a young son, we needed a Kitchenette. It was locked and they politely refused to let us use it. The in room refrigerator did not work. Reported it twice, no work done. The shower door was missing one of two anchor screws, reported it, no change. The only reason we did not loose our cool is the Front Desk staff were very cordial.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
