Appartement très bien équipé et spacieux, parfait pour une famille avec 2 ados (nous avions en + une terrasse immense !). Un arrêt de bus est situé très proche de l'hôtel et permet de rallier la place du Duomo en 20 min env. Un petit magasin juste au pied de l'hotel très pratique pour faire les courses. Personnel très accueillant et dispo nous a fourni de bons renseignements (en anglais). A recommander.

L'otel è davvero fantastico... Ho letto commenti di chi si lamentava per la rumorosità... Beh un pò nei monolacali si senti perkè il portone non accosta molto bene... Ma è davvero minima!! Per il resto tutto ottimo, la camera era grande c'è il garage a soli 10 euro al giorno e in 10 min si è in centro!! Davvero andateci e non ve ne pentirete...

My biggest disappointments were the controlled setting of the air-conditioning and front desk personnel that smoked. I booked this room for two reasons: air conditioning and this premise was advertised as a non-smoking premise. The air-conditioning was set to such a high temperature that the room never cooled down. If you left the room for even 5 minutes, it shut off. Even after you were in the room for awhile, the air was never cool enough to be comfortable. I even called down to ask for a lower setting, and my request was denied. Secondly, every time I went over to the front desk, the personnel were smoking. I did not wish to stay around, putting my health in harm, to ask normal questions that one might ask of the front desk. To me, this is unacceptable. If you are going to advertise a smoke free policy--follow it. I had other options, but chose this hotel for the non-smoking policy. Unfortunately, for these two reasons, I was not satisfied with my stay, and in fact, I am disappointed. I cannot recommend this site.

Excellent hotel, large space for family, organized and cleaned. My difficult was to reach the hotel, the place is confused and we need to take information 2 or 3 times.

Please avoid! This residence is awful. It’s located at the outskirts of Florence, takes 1h by public transport to get to the city centre, 40 min by car! But that still won’t be the problem. At night the places becomes the main prostitute’s street. They just hang out outside the hotel and along the entire boulevard. It doesn’t feel safe at all coming back from the centre at night. After you pass through 3 locked gates - which makes you wonder who are they trying to keep out ?! Surely not the prostitutes and their clients! – you get into a smelly room with old furniture which over looks the Florence ghetto! The receptionist have no clue what customer service means. For the price we paid we expected a lot more! Keep away!

The room was clean and spacious and with free internet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bus stop and supermarket at close vicinity. We parked our car in the provided garge for 10 euro a day. Public parking spaces can also be found along the street. The hotel is good for family with children and a car.

It surprised us what we got for the price paied. Amaizing brand new facilities with outstanding services. It's great location and easy access to transportation / other services. Highly recommended.

Hemos estado muy bien, tan sólo tengo quejas de la desinfección de las habitaciones pues encontramos una cucaracha dándonos la bienvenida y mis hijos cogieron piojos. Todo lo demás muy bien. Un poco lejos del centro, pero bien comunicado con el bus.

Apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. Cooking utensils are in good condition. The apartment is well connected to city railway station by public bus transport. The location map of their reception counter is not clear and can create difficulty, if guest arrives to the main building during late night hours. The reception is on rear side of the main building. Except this part, it is very good place for stay. I wish that they have similar apartments in PISSA, Venice and Rome.

Stayed there for 2 nights in May. It's a very nice and new apartment hotel in florence. spacious new rooms with nice kitchen and bathroom. only bad thing was the level of the rooms cleanliness. No breakfast but there's a small snack bar just across the street, also several restaurants and a supermarket. Hotel located 15-20 minuts drive from the center but theres a bus taking from just outside the hotel directly to the historic center.

The hotel is a good 10 min ride by cab from the SMN terminal, and the airport, 20 mins by bus to the center of the city, all cabs we took knew the place. Bus stop is about 10mins walk from the apartment. The only inconvenience is the reception being at the back of the property but worked out well given good conveniences nearby, supermarket, laundry. the room we got(for 6) was impressively huge, well furnished, very comfortable and quiet! the free internet access also was useful. the hotel staff(both day & night shifts) were quite competent, friendly and helpful. They provided us with maps, tips how to go about the city, even where to buy a box of milk at midnight! overall, we were quite pleased we stayed at Quadra Key.

La struttura è nuova e curata. Le stanze sono pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort: dalla tv a schermo piatto al ferro da stiro, da saponette e spugne alla cuffia per i capelli! Il bagno è spazioso e tutto è confortevole. La grande pecca è la rumorosità: quella proveniente dalla strada, ma anche il fatto che le camere sono poco insonorizzate tra di loro (addirittura c'è una porta che collega le stanze tra loro, come le camere di una casa, e che rimane chiusa a chiave a meno di particoari esigenze).. Insomma se i vicini tossiscono, spostano una sedia, parlano.. si sente! Bisogna sperare si avere vicini discreti, come è successo a noi. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, vista la presenza della cucina che consente di ridurre le spese per il cibo. Lo consigliamo

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HOTEL AND THE PRICE! There was easy access with the bus 22 from the hotel back into town and the train station. The Movida resturant next to the hotel was fabulous.

Way too much noise : the residence is located just above a very important avenue. Its soundproofing (at least in our room) was extremely poor. It's a pity, because the rest is excellent. Sorry.

I found the staff a great source of local knowledge and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great cooking facilities. I would really recommend staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, as the local produce was wonderful. It was noisy at night as was close to a road, however, I was in Florence for a conference and many people in other hotels/apartments had the same complaint. I would definately stay here again.
