kafieris is not a residence, but an hotel with some studios. in the description of accomodation was wrote : apartment with kitchenette, but not all accomodations are so. there are some bedrooms with fridge at the same price per night. it's not so correct. the bedroom is very small, the terrace is 50/60 cm. deep, the bath very very small.

The staff acted as though they were doing you a favor to let you stay there. There was no friendliness and a total lack of concern. The location is lovely, and it is too bad that the workers there were so unfriendly. We left after one night.

Flying time from Athens International Airport to Santorini is approximately 40 minutes. Santorini Domestic Airport is located around 8 km/5 miles from Firostefani. Journey time between the residence and airport is about twenty minutes by bus. Taxis are readily available for connections to any part of the island.
By boat
To reach the island of Santorini, daily ferry services connect Athens' Port of Piraeus to Fira Harbour, located 15 km/9.3 miles away from the residence. The journey takes between 5 and 8 hours, depending on the type of ferry.
