Apartment was very tidy, clean, and spacious. We were given choice of two apartments. Air conditioning would have made it more comfortable ... but, we were informed the website mentioned no air-co.

After some difficulty finding the hotel, we had to wait one hour before the manager turned up. Twice we tried to phone him, and both times a lady who only spoke italian answered. She had no idea what Residence Panorama was. As a compensation he gave us a big, nice apartment and a bottle of wine. Very nice! The apartment was very spacious and well equiped. There was a garage free of charge under the building. The overall impression: nice apartment, very nice staff, next door to train station. Recommendable.

Great apartment building with parking in an underground garage. Location by train station is a real plus for travel to Firenze. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a booking in a Villa in Tuscany from 15 Sept & after travelling from Rome by train, needed an overnight stop to meet friends travelling from UK & booked thru the Internet. All contacts from Venere & the Hotel were excellent. Stefano the manager, was very helpful as well in assisting us to get an Italian TIM phone card.

We had a lovely stay in Figline at the Residence Panorama. Stefano the owner was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was huge and contained everything we needed. There is even a big laundry downstairs for the guests to use. The only negatives we can think of is the bed was very hard, but in chatting to Stefano we understand they will be refurbishing soon, and there was no airconditioning, but they gave us a fan. The residence is located right next to the train station but the rooms are very quiet and it is only a short stroll to the main piazza. We would definitely recommend staying here. David & Kiara Wynn

Big apartment. Clean rooms. Less than 30 minutes drive from Florence and since the train station is right next door, there is an option to take the train instead of getting there by car (although a car in Florence may also have some advantages like getting to Michelangelo piazza in the evening). They provide a map of Florence and in general they are doing their best to be as helpful as possible. Well equipped kitchen. Could not take credit cards since they are still a new business. Fortunately we had enough cash. Suspicious neighborhood but they have internal parking so it felt a little more safe. Nothing to do in Figline.

due to location near railway station and poor atmosphere in public spaces (no lounge, bar, breakfast facility) it is excellent for Firenze visiting tourists and stay in appartment just for sleeping plus own cooking if preferred. Also excellent for one night stay. Poor indication for msin entrance and car parking at first arrival.

A comfortable apartment with bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. You have to take care of the ordinary clean-up of the room, which you receive immaculately clean on arrival. Kitchen equipment is excellent for a short stay, with everything you need to cook yourself a simple meal. The property might boost the quality of the welcome by providing a small amount of the food essentials: olive oil, salt etc. Even without these, and given the excellent price/quality balance, the place was extremely comfortable and pleasurable to stay in.

Excellent accomodations for four adults at a reasonable price. Very clean and well situated. Proximity to train station is a definite asset. Quiet in spite of being so close to the station. Highly reccommended!!!

Il s'agit plus d'un appartement que d'un chambre d'hôtel. L'appartement est très propre, et en très bon éta (immeuble de 8 ans) avec une cuisine équipée, une terrasse, un parking souterrain privé avec digicode. Le concierge est très aimable et acceuillant, il parle très bien français. Le seul point noir au tableau est le bruit causé par la gare située à quelques mètres de l'immeuble (passage des trains + appels fait au haut parleur ...) ce qui rend du coup le prix un peu elevé par rapport à la prestation.

Reception and assistance from the manager was excellent. Room and position were great. Our only complaint would have been the bed which was very hard with old flat pillows. Also it was very hot (middle of Summer) and the small fan provided wasnt adequate to keep us comfortable at night.

We had a very good stay in Figline and thought the apartment was very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good english. The property was adjacent to the Figline Railway Station which was ideal for trips into Florence. The only drawback with this is that it tended to be a bit noisy at times. The only other negative point would be that the apartment didn't have a washing machine.

Excellent deal for a large family or for 2 families not bothering to share one single bathroom. Train station right next door (25min from Firenze downtown), grocery just around the corner, conveniently located for a car tour through the Toscana region. Very friendly welcoming with good tips on Firenze and region. Full equipped kitchen, except for a missing microven. Huge balcony.

We were so thrilled with our stay at Residence Panorama - Not the most picturesque location, but great accomodation and a friendly, English-speaking Manager. Integral basement car park and near to local station. This is an ideal base for exploring central Italy.

We requested a double room, so we were in an apartment that was across from the train station. It was explained that the rooms would have been much quieter. Location was great, right outside of the city wall. The apartment was large and very, very clean. It would make a nice base for a longer stay. We only stayed one night, but the spaciousness gave us the opportunity to repack our bags. We were also able to make coffee in the morning, since it was actually an apartment. I would definitely consider this for an extended stay.
