Location was excellent. We had a little problem finding the Residence, but no fault of your staff. Arrived at dark with bicycles. A great place to store the bicycles in the parking area. Only two burners worked on the stove. Thank you, we had a great stay. M. Lowe

L'ubicazione dell'Hotel è spettacolare a 1 minuto dalla piazza centrale e le camere sono accogliente e in perfetto stile. Una collocazione che suggerisco a tutti. Con possibilità di cucinare nell'appartamento.

The welcoming was warm, the friendliness of the employee very nice. If you like to stay in a room with no natural light then you have found the right place. Also there were beetles in the room :-((

Very nice little hotel -- had to call to get someone to the hotel to check out, but other than that the experience was great. The "junior suite" included a mini-kitchen and would be great for anyone trying to save some money cooking for themselves. Ferarra is a fabulous town.

Very pleasant residence with very necessary air-conditioning. The web advert couod perhaps mention that the nathroom includes a hairdryer. Excellent location. Convenient arrangements for people arriving at late/public holidays thought the intructions for accessing the key were hilarious!! Totally bad English!! The stay was rather expensive, however and the bed in suite no. 39 is extremely uncomfortable. I think the bed should be one of the main features, especially for people who are on business and need a good night's sleep.

The staff were SO welcoming! We arrived later than planned, but they left us a note and arrived immediately to show us to our room. When we left, they even gave us a small gift! I've never had that happen at a hotel before!
