We stayed overnight here, very disappointing indeed. The first room was surrounded by building sites,the noise infernal. They changed us a few hours later,huge rooms,not very clean,kitchen shabby, burnt hob,only 1 cup,no complimentary tea or coffee of course. We previously stayed at Ramee Hotel Apts. which was better. We thought by paying extra we would be better off - a big mistake! The hotel isn't very central either, nor is it near Emitates Mall, a good 30 min.taxi drive. Their publicity is very misleading. They don't put their address on either their e-mail or cards, which meant a taxi ride to several Ramee accommodations. All in all a bad experience. However the staff were generally helpful, but not very welcoming.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Parking is included in the price.
Transfers to and from the Dubai International Airport are not included in the price and cost AED 40.00 per person one way.
Internet connection at the Internet Point and in the apartments is not included in the price and costs AED 10.00 per hour.
Pay-per-view movies cost AED 10.00 per day.
Use of the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A one-night retention charge will be levied to on confirmed
reservations, with no prior cancellation (24 hours) and no
shows.
Hotels are accepting AMEX card for the payment with extra
2% charges per transactions.
Guest should give their credit card for the payment upon
check in. With out credit card check in is NOT Possible.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
