From the E70/A4 Motorway (Brescia-Padova): exit the motorway at Desenzano del Garda and then turn left towards the town centre. After the railway bridge, take the first left at the roundabout onto Viale Ettore Andreis, in the direction of the hospital. The complex is located an no. 89.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from midday until midnight. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or no show, the 20% of the full amount will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
