The apartment was a little hard to find at first, but was very clean and new. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathroom and the price is an excellent value. We were located about 5 minutes (drive) from Como's town square.

Our stayed in this residence was great. Alberto is a very kind and helpful person and the apartament is very-well equipped, cosy, really comfortable and well located from the tourists sights. If we had to come back again, we would undoubtedly stay again at this place.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of late cancellation within 7 days before check-in and no show the deposit 0f 50% (half of the price) will be not refunded. In case of late cancellation within 3 days before check-in and non show the deposit of 100% (the whole price) will be not reunded.
