A deposit of 30 % wil be charged by reservation and returned following our cancellation policy : High Season : between 30 - 14 days 25 % , between 13 - 8 days 50 % , between 7 - 1 day 75 % , no show 100 % of the reservation amount will be charged on your credit card. Low / Middle Season : Free of charge 48H before arrival, after 48H cancellation / no show 100 % will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
