Our overall stay was excellent. We did find that travelling with 2 children and having to open the sofa bed there really wasn't anywhere to relax once they'd gone to bed. So another comfortable chair/sofa would be a good idea.

We spent three nights in Al Cacciatore. The staff was very helpful and professional, the room was perfectly clean, and we even received a generous welcome pack consisting of various snacks and soft drinks. The garden of the apartment is really lovely, there are two interconnected pools: one shallower for small kids and a deeper normal one. There are also olive trees in the garden as well as a small poultry yard - a great amusement for small children. You will also find outdoor toys for children. Taken together, we had a very pleasant stay and we recommend this apartment to anyone.

This is a very new residence which is exceptionally well equipped (pool, BBQ, secure garage, tv, aircon, teble-tennis, washing maching/drying facilities etc), especially given the small number of apartments in the complex (7). Marco (ownwer) is very friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. It's a bit outside Cavione, and about 6km from the nearest towns on Lake Garda (Bardalino & Lasize), but with a car this is great - a very quiet loaction. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the residence.

By car
From the Brenner A22 motorway, exit at 'Affi'. Take then the S.S. 450 national road, direction Peschiera. Exit at 'Cavaion', and turn right, following the Piovezzano direction. After 3 km you will find the residence on the left hand side (150 metres after the 'Effegi' company).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of garden, access to the swimming-pool, parking, electricity, gas, water, air conditioning, heating, bed-linen, towels and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
A deposit of €200,00 is required. (refundable at the end of the stay, in case of no damages)
PAYMENT
You have to pay at the arrival. Please tell the property the exact number of persons and their age while booking.
The booking will only be confirmed after the payment of 1/3 (one third) of the final amount in cash, by letter payment or credit card. In case of non-arrival this amount will not be refunded. The remainder has to be paid at the arrival. You can pay cash, by cash-point card or credit card.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The stay starts at 1 p.m. of the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. of the day of departure, except special arrangements. At your arrival, you should show a valid identity card or passport at the reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation and payment The booking will only be confirmed after the payment of 1/3 ( one third) of the final amount by credit card. In case of non-arrival this amount will not be refunded. The remainder has to be payed at the arrival. You can pay cash, by cash dispenser or credit card.
