The Residence is only 950 meters away from the large sandy beach of Lacona where you can find a covered parking reserved only for our guests. Lacona is situated in the middle of the island and is a good area for road and MTB bikers. We have a garage for the bicycles. Open all year round, with arrival and departure every day of the week.

4 nights in Lacona. Manager's husband kindly picked us up at ferry and, on leaving, manager drove us to ferry. The facility is 30 minute downhill walk to beach. If one is there more than two days a rental car, easy to obtain, is beneficial. Generally quiet facility. One evening noisy with children but quieted down upon communication of problem to manager. Overall would recommend facility.

La chambre était tout à fait confortable et convenablement équipée. Petite terrasse avec une très belle vue sur la côte sud de l'île. L'acceuil a été très sympathique et le calme absolu. Une adresse à recommander avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Needs at least 20 mins to walk to sand beach. May be difficult if you have a young family and no car. Views are spectacular and the hotel should include a few photos of them. Owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful to us.

We had a fantastic stay, the location is beautiful and quiet and the view is phenomenal. After booking detailed info as to how to find the hotel is given so we had no problems with the address (as critisized by previous reviews).
