Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The reception desk is open from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local tax is not included in the price and is €1,00 per day per person.
Use of the covered car park is not included and costs €10,00 per night or €50,00 per week.
Use of the hall Wi-Fi Internet connection is not included and costs €6,00 for the entire stay.
Pets are allowed at an extra charge of €6,00 per night or €30,00 per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge for one night.
