We stayed at the Residhotel Cannes Festival for two weeks in September 2007. Room very noisy due to traffic all night and day.Photograph of balcony misleading as we did not have one. Email reservation confirmation from venere stated towels and cleaning included in price. This was not the case. No cleaning was done and towels are charged at an extortionate 5.50 euros for a one small towel and one bath towel pack. If you wanted a change of sheets the charge was an extra 7 euros. Also email stated car parking would be charged locally at 30 euros per stay. Not true, it is 35 euros per week, 55 euros per 2 weeks. We thought these extra charges very pricey. The only good points were the residence is 5 minutes from beach and there were one or two good eating places close by.

From highway A8, exit at AEROPORT CANNES-MANDELIEU Cannes-La Bocca Cannes-Mandelieu (Exit 41). Proceed on Avenue de Saint-Exupéry, then go through Rond-point des Tourrades (roundabout) and turn left on road N7. Enter Cannes and proceed on Avenue Francis Tonner (N7).
