The apartment was great,spacious and clean.the only downside of the whole thing is that you MUST stay the full stay,you cant shorten it at all,so make sure you want to spend all the days cause there ain't no change of mind.

By car
From highway A8: exit at Mougins Cannes-Centre Grasse Le Cannet Mouans-Sartoux (exit no.42) and proceed on Route du Cannet road. Enter Le Cannet, then proceed along Avenue du Campon and turn right onto Boulevard Sadi Carnot. Enter Cannes, proceed on Boulevard Carnot and turn left onto Boulevard du Ferrage. Proceed on Boulevard de Lorraine and turn right twice: first onto Boulevard de la République, then onto Rue d'Antibes.

By train
The E-LO electric minibus service leaves from Cannes train station to the nearby Cannes Croisette Prestige Apparthotel.

By airplane
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur. To reach the residence, you can take a taxi or the Cannes direct airport shuttle bus (departure approximately every 30 minutes) and get off at Gray d’Albion or at Gare Routière/Place de l’Hôtel de Ville stop (Cannes central bus terminal).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Reception desk is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Here you will be given the keys of your apartment, as well as a parking card, when possible. If you arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence before your arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11.00 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Parking is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per day.
Use of the Wi-Fi Internet connection is not included and costs €25,00 per week or €5,00 per day.
Pets are allowed at an extra charge of €40,00 per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between 15 and 30 before the date of arrival an amount of 30% of the total price will be charged,between 8 and 14 days 50% of the total price will be charged, and cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival an amount of 75% of the total price will be charged, for no-shows 100% of the total price will be charged. At the moment of reservation 30% of total amount will be charged on your credit card as a not refundable deposit. Reservation amount is due on arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
