CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR ALL THE BOOKINGS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY, 100% OF THE STAY IS DUE.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
