Brand new, love the design of the room, very spacious

There was no indication at the time of booking that when we arrived early Saturday evening it was not easy to collect the key. one light did not work on bathroom tap - red = cold water/blue = hot water shower head lifted off with shower rail toilet seat was broken from the toilet no kettle, had to boil water in a saucepan kitchen area poorly equipped The rooms were very clean and in good decoration

Maybe I misread things but I thought this was a 4 star. If so, it got about 2 and a half more stars than it should have gotten. Fairly sleazy locale though easy to get to train and metro. Appreciated the self-service laundry but the reception office is frequently closed. Breakfast is a rip-off.

Considering it was only recently renovated, the furniture in the apartments was old and mouldy. We even had a chair that looked like it had been attacked by a wildcat. It's in the red light district, so it's not very exciting. Looking at the standard rate, it is definitely overpriced. I probably won't stay there again. I'll go to the Youth Hostel next door. It's a 'serviced' apartment, but they don't make your beds and they have stoves but refuse to provide you with cooking utensils. I was rather disappointed.

This was a great place to stay to explore Bordeaux, near the station and the town centre. The rooms are much more spacious and quieter than typical French hotel rooms. Staff were nice but busy (we arrived soaked from the pouring rain and had to wait for a long phone conversation to end before we were dealt with). The first suite they gave us didn't fit the description (we had booked a 4-person i.e. 2 double beds, they gave us double + single) but when we queried they gave us a splendid, spacious suite instead! So it's worth checking you get what you booked. Wifi access (not included in price) was useful. Overall we were very pleased with this place.

Not really "Furnished" as the description reads. Misleading Photos on the internet site. In a very poor part of town, close to train station but rather far from the city center.

We arrived quite late so got a taxi to the Teneo Suites but it is actually on 5 mins from st jean train station which is where the airport jetbus stops. The apartments are very well equipped and made for a very pleasant first visit to Bordeaux. We will be back and would use the Teneo Suites they are perfect for travelers on a budget.

Close to the main street 'Rue Sainte Catherine', great to do shopping.
