This was a very nice property. However, when booking, beware that the 1-room apartment is one person. The 2-room is for two people. This was a misunderstanding between the website and the property that I had. Also, part of the Sbaun system was shut down that the website included in directions to the property. This was an easy fix and we switched somewhere different once we realized the problem and still made it to where it was only a short walk to the property.

How to reach Apartments am Kolk

By train
From the main train station (about 30 minutes): take the city train (S75, S9) towards Rathaus Spandau until S + U Rathaus Spandau. Then either by underground (U7), one stop in direction Rudow, or with the X33 bus towards Wilhelmsruher Damm until Alt Stadt Spandau. From there, it is only a few-minute walk.

By airplane
From the Tegel Airport (about 20 minutes): take the bus 109, or X9 to Jacob-Kaiser-Platz underground station. Then by underground towards S + U Rathaus Spandau until Altstadt Spandau. From there, it is only a few-minute walk.
From the Schönefeld Airport (about 1 hour): take the bus 171, or X7 to Rudow underground station, then by underground to the Altstadt Spandau station. From there, it is just a few-minute walk.

Guests can rent a park ticket for the area's parking lots (charges incur); a parking space is available 50 meters from the Apartments am Kolk.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the apartments are available at any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

Later check-ins, or check-outs are charged €25,00.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Park ticket is not included in the price and costs €6,00 per day.
Children until the age of 3 stay free of charge.
Extra beds are not included in the price. Details on request.
Final cleaning is not included in the price and costs €27,00 for the one-room apartment, and €35,00 for the two-room apartment.
Stay of pets is not included in the price. Details on request.
Use of the wireless Internet access is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge 80% of the whole amount. The special cancellation terms on the following events: New Year: 30.12.2008-05.01.2009 ITB Berlin: 11.03.2009-15.03.2009 Easter: 10.04.2009-14.04.2009 World Championships in Athletics Berlin: 14.08.2009-23.08.2009 The free of charge cancellation is possible in 14 days before arrival. The cancellation fee at the end of free of charge cancellation terms is 80% of the whole booking amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
