The property, surrounded by a luxuriant landscape with beautiful olive groves and vineyards, it is strategically placed for lovely walks along the lake shore or for the practice of any sport. The Garda Lake cycling path runs to the lake beach located 800 metres far from the residence.

If you prefer the tranqullity and the relax, an ample and sunny garden will offer you the possibility to stay at the residence. A swimming pool for adults and children, a sauna, a wellness centre and a fitness room, an outdoor playing area, a grill and barbecue area and sundecks are only a few comforts that residence offers.

This is a great property with a great location, especially for outdoor activity access around Lake Guarda. The rooms are large, basic-modern, and have everything you need to have an "apartment stay" (dishes, glasses, stove, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.). Has workout room, pool, and onsite spa (we didn't use spa). Only 10 minute walk to Torbole at the northern end of Guarda, and minutes drive to several other towns. Very reasonably priced for the quality of stay.

By car
From the Brennero motorway, exit at Rovereto Sud-Lago di Garda Nord. Close to Mori, turn left, and in proximity to Nago, turn right onto via Linfano, 55, where the Residence is located.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: the rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Later arrivals must be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 9 a.m.

Pets are welcome with a surcharge of €5,00 per night.
