Ottima soluzione, probabilmente ancora meglio fuori periodo. Da evitare la porzione prossima al bistrot, forse più ai piani bassi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. da precisare che si deve pagare per lenzuola e asciugamani 8 euro in più per due persone.

The distance to the town was lønger than expected. And it was not safe to walk from the town-senter back to the hotel in the evenings as we were told when we asked in the reception.

There were few basic facilities in the rooms as I see for a person travelling a big distance eg kettle, iron, sheets, towels, decent pillows. dishwashing cloths, dishwashing cleaner, large enough cups to have a decent cup of tea, all had to be bought or hired and the type of accomodation was not detailed enough for me not to expect or would have chosen to book a room only with single bed and trundle to be made up each day to sleep on I would have prefered a double bed in a seperate room and would have paid for this but did not get the opportunity on the booking form as I saw it and did try to do this when i got to the accomodation and saw the faciliates but no other was available. A better description of facilities and everything in detail of what they contain and what is avalable to book on the website might help. The details of what money will be taken in english would help so I expected the funds to be taken when they were and some reciept details so I had proof they had been taken.

we had our apartment on the fourth floor with a beautiful view on the sea. Railway in front of the hotel complex, but during the night it was quiet. surprising: We thought that the price which was indicated in the internet would be the price we had to pay at the hotel, but there were some extra charges for the bedlinnen and the towels (8 euros a person). Such extra charges should be mentionned on the internet side. However, Pins Open Bleu is well situated and is a good place to visit Nice, Cannes and the Cote d'Azur.

At the time of my stay there was a large scale building project taking place right out side of my appartment. This ws not to much of a problem as when i'm on holiday i spend very little time in my accomadation. There was a problem with my card details not being sent to the accomadation correctly and i only recived an email 2 days befor my stay saying that they would not hold my room if i turned up after 8pm. This coursed a little strees as you could understand. over all i enjoyed my stay and would look to use this service again in the future. Thank you and kind regards Michael Cobb

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis ausserhalb der Hochsaison (Oktober). Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sauber und angenehm.
