Nice location,very close to the golf course and to the charming village of Menthon,by the lake. Very comfortable place,well equiped apartments. Owners Antoine and Nadine were extremely helpful and very kind and friendly. We stayed for 8 days and was absolutely superb. Strongly recommended place.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Florimontane

By car
From Annecy: follow signs to Annecy-le-vieux, Veyrier du lac and Menthon-Saint-Bernard on D909 and D909 A departmental roads until Echarvines; the residence is located 50 meters after the entrance in the village.
From Albertville, Ugine, Faverges: take the direction of talloires and continue along the lake. At Talloires keep driving up to Perroix and then take the direction of Menthon/Annecy until Echarvines.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Parking is included in the price.
Wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Laundry services are not included ans cost €5,00.
Baby cots are available free of charge.
Pets are admitted with an additional charge of €15,00 per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the moment of the booking we will require 20% of the total amount as deposit. From 30 days to 20days before the arrival 20% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. From 19 days to 10 days before your arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. From 9 days to 3 daysbrfore your arrival 80 % will be charged on your credit card. From 2 days to the same day or in case of no show the total amount will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
