We really enjoyed our stay despite the fact that in a few areas the furnishings were somewhat 'tired' and in need of refurbishment. The aparthotel concept really suited us and we were very pleasantly surprised at how quiet the building was - we were only slightly disturbed on 1 of the 7 nights we stayed there when a group of people were sitting out on a balcony below us. Given that when we let the UK the temperature was 22 approx, the 31 -35 degree temperatures in Aix were very different and needed some getting used to. However, the fact that the room wasn't air conditioned we saw as a bonus; we became acclimatised in 2 days and welcomed the fact that when we stepped out into the sunshine we hadn't come from a very cold internal environment. Aix itself was superb; architecturally delightful with a great range of very good quality cultural activities. As the hotel was only 10 mins walk from the centre we felt we were close to the heart of this wonderful city and yet, because we were 200 metres from a main road, we were not disturbed by early traffic noise. Yes, we have been in many superior hotels, but this was exactly what we were looking for.

Spazi abbastanza puliti ma molto ristretti; assenza assoluta di aria condizionata in camera. Accesso al garage molto ristretto e difficoltoso. Richiesta di pagamento anticipato all'arrivo e scarsa disponibilità del personale. Non riteniamo sia all'altezza di un quattro stelle!

Very convenient to Old Town, and could easily pop back for a rest if tired in the heat. Kitchen facilities entirely adequate for our needs, Very easy to find and to get to from TGV station and shuttle bus on foot

From Highway A8: exit at Jas de Bouffan and take direction Centre Ville. Continue down Boulevard de Galice. At the end of Cours des Minimes, at the roundabout, take Boulevard de la République, then turn in the second street on your left, Rue des Chartreux.

From Marseille TGV Aix station: take the Navette Aix TGV (bus shuttle service) to Aix-en-Provence city center.

 Cancellation between the thirtieth day and the fifteenth day preceding the arrival = 25 % of the Net Overall Amount of the stay;  Cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Overall Amount;  cancellation seven days or less before the arrival = 75 % of the same Net Overall Amount; non-presentation the day of the arrival = 100 % of the same Net Overall Amount.
