Sercotel Infanta Isabel - Segovia

Segovia is such a wonderful place, and the Hotel added to our wonderful experience. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Great position in a great city Good restaurant but avoid overpricey lunchtime drinks and snacks.

3 light bulbs not working. Bathroom very smelly. Previous guest wrote in the comments book that bathroom was smelly. Wood moulding around doors hanging loose in two separate areas.

Everything cosy & comfortable, and so good to be right at the centre of Segovia, we could walk everywhere.

The hotel is very nice. We have a quit room facing the church where Queen Elizabeth the Catholic was crowned. Wifi worked fine. It is advisable to put a plastic curtain by the shower to avoid spillage.

A nice and cozy hotel conveniently located.The room double standart and bathroom are of sufficient size, quiet, decorated with style and taste.

Wonderfully located, steps from all the sights, friendly competent staff, altogether good. The garaging seems expensive until you remember where you are.

A wonderful hotel in a great location.

The location of this hotel is excellent...right on the Plaza Mayor in Segovia and overlooking the beautiful Cathedral. It was easy to walk to everything in Segovia including the Aqueduct. The room was small but very clean with excellent linens and bathroom. There is a 12 euro per night charge for parking. The most difficult thing I found was getting to the hotel from the highway. I had emailed the hotel for directions but they did not send any and the map provided on the website is not easy to read. The streets are very narrow so it was tough finding our way. It is in a wonderful location and a fine hotel in Segovia.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nice and the hotel has a great location

Reception was friendly and spoke English when needed, hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city's Plaza Mayor. Room was not big but very typical of European hotel. It was a great experience and I recommend this hotel to any planning to visit Segovia.

We should have stayed here for another night but our bookings elsewhere were already made.All 3 reception staff met spoke english and efficiently dealt with the car- took it away and returned it when reqired- no parking at hotel. Hotel a gem and v good value.and location

Excellent hotel for visiting town centre and monuments.

Hotel very well located on Plaza Major, difficult to access by car. More specific instructions for drivers would be helpfull.

Excellent experience at the hotel.. the hotel was right on plaza mayor with excellent views of the plaza and the cathedral.. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom.. the breakfast and dinner experience was excellent.. Tried the Cochinillo which is the suckling pig there and it was great.. Very nice selection of wines for dinner.. The front desk staff were very competent and nice and helped us with our transportation needs and suggestions.. Overall a very pleasant expereince. For future, we will not look anywhere else but here..

A 2 days stay. Very good restaurant in this hotel; try the 30 € menu, it is worth it. Test spanish wines from the cellar.

Situation parfaite pour qui aime se promener dans ce type de ville - attention : difficile d acces en voiture juste devant l hotel en tout cas les vendredis et samedis soirs - parfait pour routard avec sac a dos qui peuvent laisser l auto a 10 minutes a pied - avons eu chance de trouver 1 parking non payant

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, room, service, position where all superb.

This hotel is great if you like being right on the Plaza Mayor. We loved it. We had a view of the plaza from our balcony window. The rooms have been tastefully decorated which was a refreshing change from other hotels we'd stayed at in Spain. We also had a great view of the cathedral. We recommend the pastry shop right across from the hotel and Jose Maria for dinner. Overall, Segovia is a great little city to visit; it is friendly and not too expensive with some great sights.

This is my third time to Segovia. The hotel location is outstanding. The room is clean, but could use some furniture updating- beds caused both of us backaches! The staff is very stoic; not helpful or welcoming. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again- you can't beat the location, or the view from the front rooms.

This was a gorgious hotel right on the Plaza Mayor which is the best place to be in Segovia. This hotel is a real gem and Segovia is a must see place in Spain. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Our only problem was we should have stayed longer!
