This is the third time we have used this hotel and it never fails to provide an excellent service. The decor, since the extensive resoration, is excellent and the room we were in whilst not the biggest was bright, clean and comfortable and very thoughtfully equiped.

Excellent for position. The room was tiny but really clean and the bed was one of the more confortable bed I've ever sleped in a hotel. The bathroom definetly too small and without space for stuff for 2 people. Personnel really really polite and kind. The furnitures, the moquettes and the corridors were a little bit too old and the doors really complicated if you have luggage but they're starting the renewing of the entire hotel...I'll be back for sure!

The location was excellent with everything we needed at our doorstep. The single rooms were the smallest I have ever seen, but comfortable nonetheless.

I had a single room and the room was very small. My room was on the second floor, out to the street, a lot of noise from the street!!! had to sleep with ear plugs :-( . The breakfast was very good.

I would recommend this hotel as it is in a great location. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but staff attended to our request promptly. Although the issue wasn't resolved, we were offered complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience.

I stayed in a single room which was tiny. It was just for one night and I was very tired so I did not ask to be moved. The shower needs to be renewed; it looked a little scruffy. The situation is very convenient.

This hotel is one of the best located for a single tourist. The underground and all other facilities are close to make for a pleasant stay in London. I would come back any time. Overall service and price are right.

I had a very small single room, but it was verxy lovely though. Great area, near underground, nice hotel and good offer! Just take a twin or double room instead of single, because it´s pretty, but too small! Very nice staff! Would go there any time again.

It is a very nice hotel, but the room I had was tiny and was above one of the bars, so I was kept awake by the noise. The breakfast selection is good. It is literally one minute from Gloucester Road tube station.
