Very quiet and nice Riad. We had a good stay in Room nr. 5. The surroundings of the Riad however, are not brilliant: the way leading to it is not paved, and we were troubled twice by offensive youngsters; the location is quite remote, it takes quite a walk (15-20 min) to reach the center; Djeema el Fna is about 45' walk. The outside "swimming pool" is no more than a built-in jacuzzi in the center of the Riad (see pictures), so don't expect to take a refreshing dip in the pool after a sun-bath. Service tax not included in the price mentionned!

Service was legendary as its awards were proven to be. The receptionist, the cleaning/kitchen ladies and the driver were all very welcoming and friendly. The owner Robert was also very engaged with the other guests. The only issue I had was that the rooms were a bit on the small side, and the location is actually a bit difficult to get to without having transfer from the train station where I got off from. The food was fantastic - too much to stomach as the portions are huge, but they were nice enough to put the leftovers in the fridge for me to eat the next day - a good way to save money for meals as the cost is a bit steep - but definitely safe for your stomach.

Follow the white arrows to Riad El Mansour! My friend and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Our room was luxurious and beautiful, the decor exotic, and the food fantastic. There are roses everywhere, and wonderful amenities in the room. Wadi answered every question we had, and set up a wonderful half-day walking tour of Marrakech for us. Nadia and other staff worked tirelessly to keep our room in perfect order. After two nights there, we considered skipping our plans for Essaouira - we really hated to leave. One of my favorite destinations ever!

Very friendly people offer their help in any situation. Warm welcome, good food and a very typical and nice riad. The surrounding of this house is like this city is: you have to know where you go – and you have to know how to get back. Here you will find a very typical place for Marrakech, including the hammam. We had a very good stay.

Riad El Mansour was a haven of tranquility in bustling Marrakech. Staff were excellent and went beyond expectations to deliver great customer service. For example, a fruit basket and small pastries were placed in the room and the staff took a genuine interest in us. Breakfast was delicious. The riad was quite difficult to find however they will pick you up on request. My only difficulty was being unable to get the supplied iPod charger to work. Heavenly!

We spent 4 nights at the riad with friends with whom we have often travelled for 18 years. Between us we have visited over 60 countries, many together. We have never been as warmly received nor better cared for than here. Wadi and Abdess manage the riad with incredible attention to detail and responsiveness to all requests. All the staff were superb. Everything others have written about quietness, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the tranquility of the setting are true. Stay here,

The Riad exceeded my expectations. The staff was so gracious, so helpful and so on point that I really can't recommend the riad highly enough. In the middle of the medina yet quiet. We stayed in the suite, which was lovely. When we got there, there was a handwritten note and gift on the bed, with fresh fruit, pastries and dates. We had wonderful tagines that evening, waiting for us when we arrived four hours late, close to midnight. Above all, the attention to detail and warmth of the staff make this a great riad.
