Very good value for money. Very near to the Medina. The reception was excellent. Breakfast in the patio was excellent too. However, getting to the Riad itself is not easy. We had to hire some local kids to guide us there. More signage and better intructions would be appreciated.

It was very difficult to find the Ryad.

Please note on the site that it is not possible to pay by credit card at the end of the stay. This was an unpleasant surprise. Please also note that it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours to get through customs at Marrakech airport - the advice given by the hotel is inaccurate and caused us to nearly miss our flight. Other than that the staff were very friendly and falling over themselves to look after us. Note a knowledge of French or Italian is necessary in this hotel as they speak very little English. It is hidden round the back of an up and coming area through some winding small, dark but safe alleyways. So those nervous of getting lost or not good with directions might struggle. The terrace on the roof is lovely when the sun shines and you feel right in the middle of a residential area rather than a sterile hotel suburb and the riad is STUNNING inside. Would definately go again.

A very helpful couple work the riad and the only slight problem incountered was difficulty in communication. However with patience we ultimately understood eachother. The riad is next to impossible to find without guided help, but that is a shared factor among a lot of the riads in the area do to the winding streets.

All the riads inside the medina are, initially, impossible to find. We called the manager, Abdoul, and he met us on the edge of the medina, then guided us to a parking area, then arranged for transport of luggage to the hotel. He even took us pesonnally to several restaurants (and stayed to guide us back!), then to money-change machines and, days later, accompanied us to the edge of town so that we wouldn't get lost in driving to Imlil. Talk about service!!! The spacious Riad has a fabulous old high-ceiling interior, trickling water fountains, roof terraces (a bit dusty but fine). Excellent breakfast, some beds a bit hard, ample hot water at all times. Great
