Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting of 1 (one) night accommodation cancellation penalty. Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival, or in case of no show, a full nights booking charge will be applied. All rates are subject to a 10% service charge.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Being away from the town, the property is ideal for young couples/honeymooners. The facilities are spread across various levels in the river valley, so is not suitable for people with walking problems. Gondola to go up and down the hill was a unique facility. The riverside meditation hut was a great experience. Food was good despite limited choice. Spa location and the treatments were relaxing.

This was the first time staying at this hotel, although the distance from the airport seem far and kind of sketchy since it was night time and the area did not seem very great due to dirt roads, at time of arriving we were so pleased and amazed how beautiful this place was. The personnel waiting for us was friendly and informative. This place is most romantic and charming. Highly recommended if you want to impress you spouse, fiance, or friend.
