I loved this hotel and my full experience. The room itself was very cute, had a good number of TV channels, the pool was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. In addition, it's location is perfectly situated by downtown palm springs.

Beautiful facility. Dated rooms. Bathroom needed repair to water damage on walls. We were just passing through on our way to Pheonix.

Light turned on automatically in the bedroom approx 10-15 times during the night. Breakfast was not included, despite it being specified in the reservation and price. We got a $3 voucher for a nearby restaurant for a piece of toast. Pool not clean - lots of sunoil.

Housekeeping not up to par. PayTV not working properly and no repair forthcoming. Would not accomodate a cash card that should have been accommodated(American Express). Did not seem to be the immediate personnel at the desk that were inadequate, but the upper management that were unwilling to attend to the inadequacies.

We found this to be a very charming hotel close to downtown (within walking distance).
