It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

By carFrom Orlando: Take the Interstate 4 West to Exit 58. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. The Tuscana Resort is located on S. Goodman Road which is located on the right hand side just before the entrance to ChampionsGate.
From Tampa: Take Interstate 4 East to Exit 58. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. The Tuscana Resort is located on S. Goodman Road which is located on the right hand side just before the entrance to ChampionsGate.
By airplane
From Orlando International Airport: Take the North exit from the airport, to the Beeline Expressway Westbound also known as highway 528. Take the Beeline westbound to the Interstate 4. Take the I-4 westbound towards Tampa and then take exit 58 of I-4 to bring you right into ChampionsGate. The Tuscana Resort is located on S. Goodman Road which is located on the right hand side just before the entrance to ChampionsGate.
From Orlando Sandford Airport: Follow the exit signs from the airport, to 417 heading towards Tampa. Stay on the 417 until it merges with the Interstate 4 then take exit 58 of I-4.
