AT THE STAR ISLAND, THERE WAS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SREVICE FROM THE BEGAINNING OF MY STAY TO THE END.

My girlfriend and I stayed here before our cruise. The room wasn't exactly as the pictures showed, but still, it was a very nice room. The hotel surroundings were beautiful and very well layed out. They have alot to offer! Star island was conviently located to malls, dining, gift shops. The staff was not too friendly, but they were efficent. My only complaint, is that the room was extremely quiet, and you could hear the people next door talking and walking down the hallway late at night. Overall our stay was relaxing, cheap for what Star Island has to offer, and it had everything we were looking for. We plan on staying again!
