Our stay was not bad. Housekeeping overlooked our room two days in a row. I had to go to the front desk both days to get housekeeping services. The first time the representative at the front desk was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. Upon check in I was given a welcome kit by the manager with our room keys etc. It would be very nice if it included prices for bowling, breakfast buffet, etc.
