My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is ideally situated. The staff have to deal with a lot of guests and are very patient and understanding. Since new staff are always coming and going some hotel information is not known to them and language barriers happen. The rooms are equiped with lan internet, which is great, they have computers available as well chargers for your phone (at a cost). However the wifi, which I needed does not work, so should have taken my laptop. (for work). Overall though, I am very glad I booked this hotel. The price and quality for me were excellent. Wife and one boy age 7. He had a fantastic time in the hotel and at Disney.

Stayed at Dream Castle htl from 2nd-6th Jan 12 as a family of 2 adults & 2 children aged 6 & 2.On arriving check in was slow and receptionist advised the htl was full but she has managed to find us a room??? A concerning remark as we had booked our room months before & recieved confirmation.(TAKE CONFIRMATION INFO WITH YOU!) Hotel entrance & rooms exactly as expected from photos etc..Childrens 'ball pool' very small. Not enough seating areas in main reception. Bedrooms sufficient size, modern & clean. Safe provided free of charge. Bathroom clean and ample towels provided, changed daily. Free breakfast, Great! -Consisted of a selection of tinned fruit, yogurts, cold meat selection, cold boiled eggs, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, beans, chocolate or all butter croissants with selection of jams/chocolate spread, cereal - corn flakes, coco pops (cheap version). Orange or apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate or hot/cold milk. Swimming pool small but ok to pass an hour, very shallow and cold, brrr.... jacuzzi nice, didnt try the sauna.Lockers provided free of charge. Disney shop at front of hotel-same price as disney shops in parks & Disney village. Free bus service to & from parks every 10-15mins from outside hotel.Bus extremley busy but you just have to deal with it and squash on like everyone else. Journey to park takes 10 mins maximum. Overall very good hotel which i would recommend for families and i would stay again.

Hotel was Exactly what we wanted for our I night stay after slogging the pavements of Disneyland with our two 8 year olds. The kids loved the bunk beds and the decorations of the room. Breakfast had an option for all. Only down side was the price for 2 small glasses of very average wine for tired parents was 10 euro each.

Staff knowledge was very veriable. Some had wrong og no knowledge of buss (airport) transfer. Nice hotel for families.

The free shuttle for Disney Came always from another hotel so in the most important hours it cames always full and you have to wait also 1 hour to go to Disney. At the 2 floor there was a bad noise(wc i think...) In my room, in the night, i heard the nois of air contitioning of other roome. I toke a beer al bar; it costed 2 euro, i paid with 20 euro, they gave me 18 euos in coins!!!!And the staf was also very unpleasant.

Real value for money. Excellent rooms when travelling with kids and perfectly located,not only to Euro Disney but to the aquarium, shopping centre, etc too. The staff was most helpful and friendly.

Excellent facility....will definitely stay here again. Also, if you are planning to go to Disney, buy your tickets directly at the hotel counter for a small discount and to avoid the long ticket lines at the park. We purchased our tickets online and still had to stand in line to get the actual tickets...what a mistake that was!...The pool was small, but nice. Although the drains were overflowing with standing water and definitely need some attention. Free shuttle to train and disney parks. Nice quiet location...we absolutely love this hotel despite the drain problems at the pool.

excellent hotel great facilities, very clean didn't hear a sound all night. Pool great for kids.shuttle service excellent. only negative is dinner in hotel more expensive than if you go to disney village. would definately recommend.

Initially I was attracted by the price however on further investigation the location and style of this hotel was exactly what I was looking for my visit to Disneyland Paris which confirmed I had made the right choice. I would defintiely recommend this hotel.

This is an exellent family hotel. Everything is adjusted to make the stay comfortable for everybody. The shuttlebus system is perfect as well. Brekfast is one of the better we have experienced during our stays in southern Europe.

Great facility, good value, easy use of shuttles to Disney. Excellent pool for younger kids.
